PRODUCT: Is the metal in your items solid sterling silver?
Yes, all items are solid sterling silver. Most are marked either 925 or Sterling or both. Some are not marked, but they are solid sterling silver.

PRODUCT: Are your items shipped in a gift box?
Necklaces, earrings, rings and toe rings are all shipped in a small silver foil gift box.

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal.

No, you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

PAYMENT: What happens after I submit payment?
Once I have received a cleared payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming payment and an expected shipping date. Once you order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder.

SHIPPING: When will my order ship?
I ship Monday thru Friday and sometimes on Saturdays, excluding postal holidays. I ship in the early morning, so most purchases with a cleared payment by 9:00am eastern time will ship the same day. After 9:00am, they will ship next day.

SHIPPING: What address do you ship to?
I will only ship to the address on your payment. If you enter a different "gift address" into eCrater checkout, I will default to the address on your payment.

SHIPPING: How do I ship to a gift address?
1) Log into your Paypal account. 2) Select PROFILE at the top of the page. 3) In the address box, select the PLUS + sign. 4) Add the address you wish to ship to. 5) When you are ready to checkout and it goes to Paypal to make payment, select the alternate gift address as the one you wish to ship to.

SHIPPING: Will my order have a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation which includes a tracking number. You can usually start tracking your order 24 hours after your order has shipped.

SHIPPING USA: When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped via First Class mail usually take 3-10 business days (Monday - Friday) to arrive. Please note shipping times do not include weekends and holidays. Also, with the closure of many processing centers, it seems to be taking longer for deliveries.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped via First Class International mail usually take 2-6 weeks to arrive, but can take longer if your order gets held up in customs.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: Will I be required to pay additional fees to receive my order?
Yes, International buyers may have to pay customs, vat and processing fees to recieve your order. These are charged by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. THEY ARE NOT ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

RETURNS: Do you accept returns?
Yes, I accept returns 14 days from your receipt of your order. Items must be in the same conditional as received. Please see Terms of Service for complete details.

RETURNS: If I return an order, when can I expect a refund?
I usually process refunds within 2 business days of my having received the return. Shipping charges are NOT refunded, only the purchase price. Refunds are issued via Paypal. If you paid with a credit card, it usually takes a complete billing cycle for your refund to appear. I do not charge a restocking fee.

EXCHANGES: Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, I offer exchanges within 14 days of your having received your order. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me via email catscornerjac@hotmail.com to work out the details.
